Ante-Natal Relaxation Yoga Class with Lisa


This yoga has been specifically devised for pregnant mothers from WEEK 15 to birth.

 

It consists of gentle stretches with breath awareness and relaxation techniques that offer

benefits in pregnancy and labour.

 

Yoga helps in OFP (Optimal Foetal Positioning) resulting in the best position the baby can be in

for the labour to go as smoothly as possible.

 

 Starts 17th September, 5pm - 6.15pm £48 for 6 weeks. Limited places available.
