The Primrose Trust has successfully raised enough money over a number of years to create a

new purpose-built home, the original building became an ideal opportunity to develop a

valuable new resource, which could be used by our residents, carers, family, friends and

community as a whole.

A new vision was born – The Holistic Centre, which would be an attractive and accessible

environment that could meet the needs of a wide range of people, both disabled and

able-bodied.

With a lot of enthusiastic fundraising and practical hard work from our trustees and other

friends of Primrose Trust, we have already created a peaceful, caring environment which is

warm, comfortable and a delight to be in – a tranquil oasis.

The centre is continually growing in a wealth of activities and enveloping people from all walks

of life into its warmth and light.

Our therapy rooms

Each of the five rooms is colour co-ordinated to provide a distinct and relaxing ambience -

Yellow, Rose, Green, Amethyst and Blue - for Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki and various

other therapies.

Our studio

This attractive room with its neutral colour-scheme and pale wooden floor is ideal

for Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi and other activities such as talks and workshops.

Our shop 

The shop is now selling a wide range of goods, and has already had to move to a larger room to

accommodate all the goods we want to be able to offer. We now stock crystals, candles, music,

self help books, jewellery, and lots more.

We are constantly looking for new and appropriate products to add to the range. Suggestions

are always welcome.
