The Primrose Trust has successfully raised enough money over a number of years to create a new purpose-built home, the original building became an ideal opportunity to develop a valuable new resource, which could be used by our residents, carers, family, friends and community as a whole.

A new vision was born – The Holistic Centre, which would be an attractive and accessible environment that could meet the needs of a wide range of people, both disabled and able-bodied.

With a lot of enthusiastic fundraising and practical hard work from our trustees and other friends of Primrose Trust, we have already created a peaceful, caring environment which is warm, comfortable and a delight to be in – a tranquil oasis.

The centre is continually growing in a wealth of activities and enveloping people from all walks of life into its warmth and light.

Our therapy rooms

Each of the five rooms is colour co-ordinated to provide a distinct and relaxing ambience - Yellow, Rose, Green, Amethyst and Blue - for Massage, Aromatherapy, Reiki and various other therapies.

Our studio

This attractive room with its neutral colour-scheme and pale wooden floor is ideal for Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi and other activities such as talks and workshops.
